摘要: During the past 15 years a broad range of cryogenic particle detectors have been developed primarily for use in astro-particle physics, nuclear physics and material science. Among these, calorimetric play an important role. In particular, micro calorimeters proven to be suitable tool detection x-rays. We will discuss concept results x-ray obtained with different types calorimeters.
