摘要: Abstract Spider Monkey Optimization (SMO) technique is most recent member in the family of swarm optimization algorithms.SMO algorithm fall class Nature Inspired Algorithm (NIA). SMO good exploration and exploitation local search space it well balanced times. This paper presents a new strategy to update position solution during leader phase using fitness individuals. The proposed named as Fitness based Position Update (FPSMO) updates individuals on their fitness. anticipated enhances rate convergence. planned FPSMO approach tested over nineteen benchmark functions for one real world problem so establish superiority basic algorithm.
