摘要: Abstract “Excessive” viewing of visual sexual stimuli (VSS) is the most commonly reported hypersexual behavior problem and especially amenable to laboratory study. A pattern enhanced cue responsiveness expected in this sample if hypersexuality shares features other addiction models. Participants (N = 122) who either or denied problematic VSS use were presented with emotional, including explicit sexual, images while their evoked response potentials recorded. An interaction group level desire for sex a partner predicted LPP amplitude. Specifically, those reporting problems regulating also higher had lower VSS. This appears different from substance These are first functional physiological data persons regulation problems.
