摘要: In adopting a whole-of-society (WoS) approach that engages multiple stakeholders in public health policies across contexts, the authors propose effective governance presents challenge. The purpose of this paper is to highlight case for how polycentric underlying WoS already functioning, while outlining an agenda enable adaptive learning improving such processes.
