摘要: Le syndrome de detresse respiratoire aigue (SDRA) est une cause frequente prise en charge reanimation et concerne pres d’un quart des patients necessitant la mise sous ventilation mecanique (VM). Malgre amelioration constante sa symptomatique, il reste pourvoyeur d’une mortalite elevee, surtout dans ses formes severes moderees. Des traitements adjuvants a VM protectrice sont souvent necessaires chez les plus hypoxemiques. Parmi ceux-ci, curarisation continue therapeutique frequemment utilisee. Outre precoce durable l’hematose, elle permet probablement diminution lesions induites par montre, un travail randomise controle, reduction severes. L’utilisation cisatracurium facon transitoire phase initiale l’agression pulmonaire desormais place reconnue l’arsenal du SDRA.
