摘要: The investigation of vascular corrosion casts (injection replicae) with the scanning electron microscope (SEM) enables one to study patterns tissues and organs from large supplying arteries draining veins finest capillaries. present paper reviews advantages limitations this method, especially discusses work done on vertebrate brain.
