摘要: A photoelectric converting device includes plurality of charge storage type elements which are divided into a groups. monitoring sections respectively provided for the element groups to output monitor signals corresponding amounts lights received by first interruption section interrupts operation one in case where signal has reached preset value after started operation. second forcedly is not interrupted when time elapsed was started. correcting corrects an each make outputs continuous operations at different timings section.
