摘要: Cell migration plays an important role in a wide variety of biological processes, including embryogenesis, wound healing, inflammation, cancer metastasis, and tissue repair. Electrospun nanofibers have been extensively explored as scaffolds to manipulate cell owing their unique characteristics mimicking the hierarchical architecture extracellular matrix. In particular, aligned arrays electrospun are capable guiding promoting directional cells. The physical parameters properties nanofibers, size, modulus, surface chemistry, can all affect migratory behaviors cells, while controlled release growth factors drugs from also be utilized influence migration. By manipulating migration, applied promote repair help eradicate tumors vivo. this perspective, we highlight recent developments collecting then illustrate how
