摘要: This study aimed to systematically review and meta-analyze the prognostic value of complete remission status at 18F-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose positron emission tomography (FDG-PET) in Hodgkin lymphoma after completion first-line therapy. A systematic literature search was performed MEDLINE database for suitable original articles. The included studies were methodologically assessed using Quality In Prognosis Studies tool. proportion patients who developed disease relapse during follow-up, among those according FDG-PET therapy, calculated each study. Heterogeneity proportions across individual I2 statistic, with heterogeneity regarded present if 50) or a fixed effects model (if I2≤50). Ten comprising total number 1137 therapy included. Overall methodological quality reasonably good. rate follow-up all end-of-treatment ranged from 0 26.7 %, weighted summary 7.5 % (95 confidence interval 3.9–13.8 %) random (I2=88.3 %). conclusion, although achieve an FDG-PET-based is low absolute point view, it actually high when considering generally favorable outcome lymphoma.
