摘要: Abstract The process of designing and implementing complex manufacturing machines relies heavily on the ability systems designers end users to provide consistent information desired achieved operation both physical logical elements that comprise system. required varies throughout life cycle machine implementation, i.e. emphasis changes from obtaining results “what if?” scenarios at requirements design stages variation sensor values current status control logic monitoring operational stages. most difficult part is establishing a common representational scheme facilitate communications between stakeholders. Visual representation integration components in an Integrated Machine Design Control (IMDC) environment discussed this paper. approach taken unique (a) models can be investigated individually for correctness completeness, (b) easily integrated with animate modelled (c) reconfiguration enables same applied real world elements. Furthermore, has been based around enabling interaction rather than passive observation system behaviour. At any stage during implementation process, user pause question validity certain operations parameters. Successful companies must use their as competitive weapon. attainment effective visualisation stakeholders essential element effectively addressing business need agile enterprise. In context term enterprise implies rapid response “unforeseen” customer demands, minimum cost maximum confidence final solution.
