摘要: Providing public sanitary and epidemiological welfare while preparing holding events with international participation is one of the prime tasks in ensuring state security. When large numbers participants, officials guests from different countries world arrive for events, these conditions are always associated increased risks because load on infrastructure event places transient increase population density a limited area. Preparation held at regional levels requires coordination sides agencies host country, as well interaction other organizations. The system measures territory our country includes surveillance control (monitoring analysis), safety environment monitoring, sanitary-epidemiological emergency localization containment. problem providing divided into following scientific areas: territorial surveillance, natural foci zoonotic infectious diseases; prevention containment, arising both independently anthropogenic disasters. XXVII Summer Universiade (2013, Kazan), XXII Olympic Winter Games XI Paralympic (2014, Sochi) highlighted readiness services responsible conducting major sporting events. Further studying experience its summarizing seems an important task developing rationale better management welfare.
