Gastrosplenic fistulas : A case report and review of the literature

摘要: A case is presented of a patient who developed gastrosplenic fistula during course chemotherapy for differentiated histiocytic lymphoma. The was observed upper gastrointestinal endoscopy (gastroscopy) and confirmed by CT scan with contrast. followed endoscopically noted to have closed spontaneously closure at laparotomy. clinical management this complication discussed, the literature pertaining rare condition reviewed.
