摘要: To evaluate the effects of Huang Bai (Phellodendron amurense) on growth and maturation in adolescent female rats. Female Sprague–Dawley rats (28 days old; n = 72) were divided into six daily treatment groups: control (distilled water), (100 300 mg/kg), recombinant human GH (rhGH; 20 μg/kg), estradiol (1 μg/kg), triptorelin (100 μg). Body weight, food intake, vaginal opening measured from postnatal day (PND) 28 to PND 43. Tetracycline (20 mg/kg) was injected 41. After sacrifice 43, ovaries uterus weighed, tibias fixed 4% paraformaldehyde. Decalcified dehydrated sectioned at a thickness 40 μm, tissues examined with fluorescence microscope. Insulin-like factor (IGF)-1 bone morphogenetic protein (BMP)-2 detected using immunohistochemistry. Relative controls, body weight higher group. Bone rate increased 100 mg/kg (354.00 ± 31.1 μm/day), rhGH (367.10 ± 27.11 μm/day), (374.50 ± 25.37 μm/day) groups. Expression IGF-1 BMP-2 hypertrophic zone all experimental Vaginal occurred earlier group (PND 33.58 ± 1.62) than controls later (PND > 43). Ovarian uterine weights lower oestradiol However, had nonsignificant uterus. stimulated by upregulating plate. it no effect pubertal development.
