摘要: There has been a call for integrating strategic performance measurement system and enterprise risk management (ERM) as proposed best practice management. This study examines the effects of ERM systems (PMS) on organizational performance. In addition, this also linked ERM-PMS tool The research method involved administering an online questionnaire survey to 196 public listed firms. respondents were head department case PMS performance, result simple linear regression supported hypotheses. However results from moderated multiple which was employed test joint effect did not support hypothesis. Based it is recommended that firms may separately rather than linking them together, since their integration complicate framework.
