摘要: There is more than an intuitive link between the adoption of a sedentary lifestyle and increase in cardiovascular disease. Physical activity has been associated with reduced incidence coronary mortality cross-sectional prospective studies. However, independent relationship exercise, fitness, level total cholesterol, HDL-C, triglycerides difficult to establish. The effects training on these parameters may occur only as consequence alteration body habitus, diet, smoking, or ethanol medication use. Evidence date suggests that persons higher LDL-C, triglyceride levels, well individuals lower HDL-C have favorable changes measurements after either endurance resistive exercise training. Mechanisms include metabolism catabolism lipid lipoproteins discussed. finding self-report vigorous activity, rather treadmill time, correlates lipoprotein levels performance physical work, not necessarily aerobic training, responsible for alterations. dose (intensity, duration, frequency) time period necessary, mechanism change, requires further elucidation.
