摘要: Abstract Difficulties of the exact analysis multilocus systems lead to a feeling that radical change point view should be attempted. The questions one asks about behavior system differ from usual we ask when analyzing low-dimensional dynamical systems. We show in this paper likelihood for selection prevail over recombination grows with number loci involved. In other words, average fitness will “most cases” behave as if were complete linkage equilibrium.
