摘要: This work reports a novel type of sandwich-like hollow Au-based nanocatalyst, including TiO2–ZrO2 shell, CeO2 core and Au nanoparticles 2–5 nm. Uniform crystal ceria nanostructures were synthesized using simple one-step hydrothermal method without template. Then binary coated nanocatalysts prepared via facile bottom-up synthesis method. The structural features the catalysts characterized by several techniques, SEM, TEM, EDX, FTIR, BET, XRD, UV-vis XPS analyses. Using reduction 4-nitrophenol NaBH4 as model reaction, TiO2–ZrO2/Au/CeO2 microspheres showed superior catalytic activity thermal stability compared with pure TiO2 or ZrO2 layer. In addition, calcined at 700 °C presented highest reactivity. These comparative results mainly attributed to synergistic effect among mixed oxide, NPs structure. As consequence, this unique nanocatalyst will open promising route for fabrication binary-metal-oxide materials future research has great potential other applications.
