摘要: Recently, techniques for the acquisition of three-dimensional tomographic and four-dimensional time-resolved data sets have emerged, allowing analysis mm3 volumes material with nm-scale resolution. The ability to merge multi-modal acquired via multiple quantitative structure, chemistry phase information is still a significant challenge. Large been by diffraction contrast tomography (DCT) new TriBeam technique high spatial resolution address grain growth in strontium titanate. A methodology combining has developed. Algorithms alignment orientation reference frames, unification sampling grids automated matching integrated, resulting merged set permits simultaneous all on voxel-by-voxel grain-by-grain basis. Quantitative collected using DCT shows that limited near boundaries sample edge, resolving grains down 10 µm diameter reconstruction method used. While allows higher-resolution boundary plane location, it destructive approach can only be employed at conclusion experiment.
