摘要: Air traffic flow management (ATFM) system is a very complex system, in which many tasks strongly rely on human operators, especially teams of operators or organizations, e.g. controllers, pilot and airlines. For better performance, behaviors must be taken into account. In this paper, the composite information space (CIS) introduced, deals with factors environment factors, model also proposed. Based CIS, paper focuses ATFM particular, collaborative activity (cooperation coordination amongst operators) systems, concept (CTFM) introduced accordingly. The impacts reliability are analyzed at end paper.
