摘要: Abstract In this work, a novel approach is used to synthesize an iron oxide doped carbon nanotube (CNT) membrane, with the goal of fully utilizing unique properties CNTs. No binder for synthesis membrane; instead, particles serve as binding agent holding CNTs together after sintering at high temperature. The produced membrane exhibited water flux and strong fouling resistance. first step, were impregnated various loadings (1, 10, 20, 30 50%) via wet chemistry techniques. Impregnated then compacted 200 MPa sintered 1350 °C 5 h form compact disc. membranes analysed by measuring their porosity, contact angle, diametrical compression test flux. pure was observed increase in content. permeate rejection rate sodium alginate (SA) determined predict antifouling behaviour membrane. A maximum removal 90 88% SA achieved 10 1% content, respectively, 3 h. minor decline all 4 h operation.
