摘要: Insecticides have been extensively used to control insect pests that transmit human diseases and damage our crops by feeding or indirectly transmitting plant diseases. However, still pose serious challenges health agricultural production today because they can avoid reduce the harm of insecticides via various mechanisms, including P450-mediated insecticide detoxification. P450s are a very important enzymatic system capable metabolizing structurally different compounds thus called “the most versatile biological catalyst(s)” (Porter Coon 1991). In this chapter we discuss how deal with posed synthetic focus on detoxification its implication in efficacy. is one bases for differential tolerance insects insecticides, i.e. selective toxicity insecticides.
