State of the Art in Scientific Knowledge Creation, Dissemination, Evaluation and Maintenance

摘要: This report presents an overview of the State Art in topics related to on-going research Liquid Publications Project. The Project (LiquidPub) aims bring fundamental changes processes by which scientific knowledge is created, disseminated, evaluated and maintained. In order accomplish this, many areas will have be modified. We group involved this change into four areas: creation evolution knowledge, evaluation (primarily, peer-review their evaluation), computational trust reputation mechanisms, business process models. Due size complexity each these areas, we only discuss that are directly our proposed research.
