摘要: Abstract This paper addresses a circular economy strategy for the medium density fiberboard (MDF) industry by effectively recycling fibers from MDF residues as raw materials, additionally reducing waste discharge, preserving ecological environment, saving wooden resources, and relieving shortage of materials. The work specifically discussed characteristics bonding properties recycled offcuts cooking beating method. morphology was compared with that virgin fibers, then chemical were analyzed XPS. Finally, between some compared. results showed fiber length is about 12% shorter than percentage (≤0.68 mm) higher former latter, in addition, broken ends ratio 17% while there no significant difference width its distribution. SEM XPS characterizations confirmed are cured UF resin on surface fibers. MOE, MOR, IB 5, 10 11% respectively lower those fresh manufactured fiber, but TS MDF, this means more dimensionally stable water resistant.
