摘要: Research carried out by me and my group over the last almost four decades are summarized here. The main emphasis of work was continues to be on plant physiology using radiation radioisotopes. Plants live water inorganic elements. In case water, we developed neutron imaging methods produced 15O-labeled (half-life 2 min) applied them understand circulation pattern in plant. elements, activation analysis analyze a large number tissues follow element specific distribution. Then, real-time system conventional radioisotopes for macroscopic microscopic observation movement. After accident Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, we, academic staff Graduate School, have been studying agricultural effects radioactive fallout; results two books published Springer.
