摘要: In addition to bone, the dentin-pulp complex is also influenced by menopause, showing a decreased regenerative capacity. High levels of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) during menopause could directly regulate bone metabolism. Here, role FSH in odontogenic differentiation was investigated. Dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) were isolated. CCK-8 assays, cell apoptosis Western blotting (WB), real-time RT-PCR, alkaline phosphatase activity and Alizarin Red S staining used clarify effects on proliferation, DPSCs. MAPK pathway-related factors explored WB assays. its inhibitor OVX rats combined with direct pulp-capping model. HE immunohistochemistry detect reparative dentin formation related features. The results indicated that significantly DPSCs without affecting proliferation apoptosis. Moreover, activated JNK signalling pathway, partly rescued inhibitory effect DPSC differentiation. vivo, treatment attenuated bridge mineralization-related protein expression rats. Our findings reduced capacity involved dentinogenesis menopause.
