摘要: Kinetic theory for a spatially homogeneous plasma with Coulomb interaction is considered within the framework of adiabatic approximation or secular perturbation theory. Time dependent solutions are obtained pair correlation function, multiple time distribution functions, etc. Auto functions and spectral densities fluctuating quantities defined stable unstable plasma. The results show that behaves as though it consisted statistically independent quasiparticles. relationship between test‐particle problems more general kinetic clarified. Physical interpretation each term in Fokker‐Planck equation provided terms spontaneous emission, induced absorption.
