摘要: Although numerous studies investigated the association between homocysteine (Hcy), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), C-reactive protein (CRP) and apolipoproteins (apos) with thrombosis and/or recurrent pregnancy losses, that analyzed abovementioned parameters multiple positivity of antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL Abs) in patients primary syndrome (PAPS) are lacking. Therefore, aim this study was to analyze presence various combinations their associations clinical serological features PAPS. High-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) used for determination Hcy, while apoAI, apoB, lipoprotein (Lp) (a) concentrations were estimated by immunonephelometry. High-sensitivity (hsCRP) measured immunoturbidimetry. Apo (a), TNF-α, aPL Abs ELISA. Various (Hcy/CRP/TNF/apoAI/apoB/apo (a)/Lp (a)) not associated a single either Abs. Double both isotypes anticardiolipin (aCL) (IgG + IgM) increased apoB levels. The IgG isotype aCL anti-beta2 glycoprotein I (aβ2gpI) highest number (i.e., levels hsCRP, Lp apo (a)). aβ2gpI vascular impairment PAPS, combination confers risk recurrence thrombotic episodes. This is first report Ab positivity. Our results provide rationale further investigations therapeutic approaches PAPS patients.
