摘要: The primary and secondary effects of methabenzthiazuron on plankton were studied in outdoor microcosms (6 m3) for five months. Macrophytes, phytoplankton, zooplankton the emergence insects examined. herbicide was added to nine twelve mesocosms concentrations ranging from 10 3371 μg a.i. l−1 a single application. other three ponds used as untreated controls. Phytoplankton population dynamics fluctuated depending light intensity, temperature, nutrients, competition concentrations. Primary production temporarily inhibited at test 89 l−1. Cryptophyta (Phytoflagellata) showed also recovery higher during study period. Other producers did not recover these concentrations, expected disappearance curve active ingredient This indicated by structural indices such diversity, eveness similarity index. lower evoked no or only short-term, weak responses. Chemical water parameters strongly influenced absence macrophytes (Elodea canadensis) high application rates, which caused significant changes communities. No observed macro-invertebrates benthic organisms. In conclusion, noticeable detected clearly above effect threshold known standard laboratory tests with aquatic producers.
