摘要: The article dwells upon potential possibilities of creation shared value by the retail enterprises via reconceiving products and markets, redefining productivity in chain enabling local clusters development. given work analyses factors determining necessity transformation existent business models their re-orientation on embodiment socially useful initiatives defines priority directions managers context implementation oriented decisions at modern stage. Analyzing experience successful realization projects creating authors identified commercial benefit through solution society problems Ukraine. Besides it outlines obstacles that complicate transition to strategic management Ukrainian companies taking into account principles Shared Value. It also identifies attractiveness retailing. Also offer a tool an enterprise model, focused value, define sequence aimed solving social problems, as well methods for measuring achieved economic effect.
