摘要: In empirical evaluations of public projects and provided goods, MCDA(multicriteria decision-making analysis) has helped decision makers with an adequate policy tool since it allows taking into account a wide range assessment criteria. As for conflict management, MCDA demonstrated its usefulness in many such as road, dam harbor construction. this study, to use merit MCDA, project indicators from points social, economic, environmental practical views are developed based on sustainable development water resources, weighting factors also estimated by means questionnaire survey. order decide investment rank, evaluation applied 6 existing dams under investigation rehabilitation project. addition to, is recognized that the practicability become more important indicator well social issues. This because cooperation support local government people regarded one most problems recently.
