摘要: Electrocoagulation process (EC) is one of the best economic methods for industrial textile dyeing wastewater treatment; however, produced sludge main problem this method. So settling velocity (SSV) and filtering time (FT) are effective on area requirement operating costs. Effect four operational parameters including electrodes type, pH, current density distance was investigated SSV FT. Decolorization chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal were checked. The results showed more effect type rather than variable parameters. FT 0.02–0.14 cm/min, 0.2–8.34 min Al 0.05–1.55, 0.42–2.78 min Fe at all conditions. Also decolorization COD 62–94.5, 14.74–36.74% arrangement 83.91–94.59, 24.6–44.45% arrangement. Comparison between that better filtration after EC process. have high impact FT, but no removal. Optimum condition initial pH 7.43, 5 mA/cm2 0.5 cm, which SSV, 1.72 cm/min, 83.78 35.48%, respectively.
