摘要: Prohevein is one of the major allergens associated with latex allergy. In present study, we identified IgE binding regions prohevein, and expressed multiple epitopes by selective cloning. These truncated polypeptides were then used to demonstrate in sera patients. Decapeptides prohevein synthesized on derivatized cellulose membrane an offset amino acid. The reactivity these linear peptides was evaluated separately using pooled from latex-allergic health care workers (HCW) spina bifida (SB) A total 10 representing unique as well shared both N- C-domains identified. However, only 48% SB patients showed while 56 28% had C-domains, respectively.
