摘要: A new study offers insight into the multiple effects of microRNAs on levels and activities proteins. Prahlad T. Ram colleagues at University Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center co-workers in USA UK explored influence microRNAs—short RNA molecules that can interfere with production proteins, causing diseases such as cancer when out balance—on proteins human breast ovarian cells. They identified several key molecular signalling pathways are regulated by microRNAs, particularly those involved controlling cell cycle chromatin modification. also found using anti-microRNA to activity one particular microRNA significantly reduced tumor formation mice. These findings pave way for future anti-cancer therapies based systems level understanding interference.
