摘要: AbstractWork undertaken to elucidate failures of standard austenitic stainless steels in indoor swimming pool atmospheres which have occurred recent years Europe and North America is described. The unusual feature these that they by a stress corrosion cracking (SCC) mechanism at ambient temperature. Conditions given rise room temperature SCC laboratory tests are described mechanisms may give such conditions practice postulated. work also involved survey pools as well experimental on range various environments.
