摘要: Present study investigates relationships between total and bioaccessibility of trace elements (Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Mn, NI, Pb, V, Zn) concentrations in sediment their bioaccumulation species Shadegan wetland southwest Iran. Bioavailability factor (BAF) translocation (TF) were calculated plants trophic transfer (TTF) was determined bird species. For this purpose, sampling sediments, aquatic including Phragmites australis, Typha Scripus maritimus two encircling Porphyrio porphyrio globally threatened Marmaronetta angustirostris carried out during winter 2009. Result chemical analysis show that Mn (8.31 mg/kg), V (1.33 mg/kg), Pb (1.03 mg/kg) are higher than other metals. The uptake trend plant decreases as root > stem > leaf. Accumulation levels different tissues P. M. almost identical considerable. toxicity Cd birds is more plants. In addition, BAF Cr indicates high accumulation by great pollution rate the area study. S. TF for whereas T. Cu posses highest TF. Also Ni, Zn have from stem to leaf root australis. Finally, TTFs compared various
