摘要: In avian species, it has been assumed that an Fc receptor in the ovarian follicles mediates immunoglobulin Y (IgY) transport into yolk. However, no such responsible for IgY identified to date. To examine potential binding activity entire follicle, whole-mount sections of quail follicle were incubated with fragment chicken (cIgY). Whole-mount frozen second largest prepared, and then digoxigenin-labeled or Fab fragments cIgY. Microscopic observation revealed incubation cIgY-Fc produced a signal inner layer follicular tissues, most likely granulosa cell layer. was detected when cIgY-Fab.
