摘要: We studied zero-field ${}^{55}\mathrm{Mn}$ and ${}^{139}\mathrm{La}$ nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) in ${\mathrm{La}}_{0.5}{\mathrm{Ca}}_{0.5}{\mathrm{MnO}}_{3}.$ The NMR intensities, frequencies, spin-spin relaxation times showed thermal hystereses upon cooling warming. analysis of the result shows that there are two distinct phase regions below ${T}_{C}:$ a stable metallic ferromagnetic (FM) region where FM insulating antiferromagnetic phases compete. distinguished by mobile ${e}_{g}$ electron density. density is 0.5, but competition lower than that.
