Inexcitable right ventricle and bilateral bundle branch block in Uhl's disease.

摘要: A 29-year-old female with Uhl's anomaly developed complete atrioventricular (A-V) block. His bundle studies revealed block distal to the recording site narrow QRS complexes. Right ventricular capture could not be obtained and despite successful left epicardial pacing, patient died. Autopsy absence of myocardium in most areas right ventricle side septum a normal tricuspid valve. Conduction system examination revelaed total destruction both branches. This is first case where bilateral branch shown present anomaly. Narrow complexes probably reflected forces.
