摘要: Climate change due to a doubling of the carbon dioxide in atmosphere and its possible impacts on hydrological cycle are matter growing concern. Hydrologists specifically interested an assessment occurrence magnitude runoff, evapotranspiration, soil moisture their temporal spatial redistribution. Such become all more important as they may also affect water availability storage reservoirs. This paper examines regional effects climate various components hydrologic viz., surface moisture, evapotranspiration for three drainage basins central India. Plausible hypothetical scenarios precipitation temperature changes used input conceptual rainfall-runoff model. The influences flood, drought, agriculture highlighted. response reservoirs these variations has been studied. Results indicate that basin located comparatively drier region is sensitive climatic changes. high probability significant effect reservoir storage, especially scenarios, necessitates need further, critical analysis effects.
