摘要: We report that the spin-valve films using antiferromagnetic /spl alpha/-Fe/sub 2/O/sub 3/ layers show good MR response due to coercivity difference in an as-deposited state and unidirectional biasing field after magnetic annealing. Both high of pinned layer is caused by exchange coupling. The obtained ratio 6.1% higher than those other spin-valves Fe-Mn or Ni-Mn owing resistivity 3/. Further 10% achieved imposing 1 nm-thick Co at Ni-Fe/Cu interfaces. It was found free these smaller Co-Pt/Cu/Ni-Fe sandwiches having similar layer. High thermal stability corrosion resistance were also confirmed spin-valves.
