摘要: This article outlines a framework for analysis of teacher focused policy studies within an international and comparative perspective. Using the notion professional life cycle teachers, examines examples key empirical that illustrate impact on addressing such issues as recruitment, education, selection, retention development. The concludes is useful in identifying strengths weaknesses conceptualization design studies, gives recommendations rigorous to inform future this area.
