摘要: This paper considers an energy efficient (EE) maximization problem in a downlink cloud radio access network (CRAN), using the worst-case design criteria. We formulate joint of robust EE and base station (BS) activation by maximizing under channel state information CSI uncertainty per-BS power constraint, which is nonconvex mixed-integer related fractional program difficult to solve. With transformation signal- to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR), we propose single-stage branch-and-bound (BnB) algorithm find global optimal solution via solving series second-order cone programming (SOCP) problems for any given active BS set. Then, heuristic (BSA) proposed choose BSs successively further improve EE. Simulation results suggest that BnB converges optimum, higher can be achieved selecting properly.
