摘要: The accuracy of results is a great problem in trace element analyses. This becomes even larger when elemental species must be determined instead the total concentration element. Even if only small number interlaboratory studies for speciation have been carried out up to now, one assume from present experience that variation between different laboratories will normally much higher than case determination contents. However, both cases differences analytical rapidly increase with decreasing concentration. Isotope dilution mass spectrometry (IDMS) “definitive” method which produces relatively accurate analysis (Heumann, 1988; Fassett and Paulsen, 1989). Although most ionization methods used are not able differentiate species, IDMS can applied under certain preconditions.
