摘要: The aim in this article is to discuss the use of group work Family Health Strategy, focusing on tensions present discursive practices health professionals about theme. information presented here was obtained from audio recordings and transcriptions “discussion groups”, held with working Strategy a town located Sao Paulo State, analyzed based qualitative procedures thematic analysis. nomination three resulted analysis: Therapeutic Group versus Nontherapeutic Group; Adherence as either patient’s responsibility or team’s responsibility; Directive Coordination Participative Coordination. We that these represent challenges using resource for healthcare practice, since still indicate fragmented perspective care, distance relationship between community, predominance discourse individual regarding adherence treatment.
