摘要: Within clinical practice settings, effective teamwork is essential for medical and nursing professionals to provide safe patient care. There evidence that, through team communication collaboration, healthcare efficiencies are improving. However, historically students have been educated largely separately from each other, presenting barriers further improvements. While funding bodies, governments, and, in particular, health departments can see the value fostering enabling interprofessional learning between students, reality that putting into operation this kind of contexts ambitious complex. In universities, curricula often conceptually very different, programmes not easily aligned. Moreover, experience both professional groups focused on development profession-specific knowledge (i.e., medicine or nursing). This specificity reflected structure supervision during placements where located their respective silos. Therefore, strategies activities required within context influence enable student learning. Academics clinicians need give commitment consideration effectively structuring opportunities practice.
