摘要: The prevalence of diabetes varies enormously between different countries and racial groups, from virtually nil to 30 % a community affected. This variation is largely controlled by environmental factors, most clearly related famine or feasting, but intrinsic genetic «racial» influences cannot be discounted. Types their relative frequency also differ among peoples, although all groups are liable specific diabetic vascular disease, some completely spared coronary artery disease.
