摘要: Introduction:  Sacroiliac joint (SIJ) dysfunction accounts for about 20% of patients with low back pain and is often overlooked. Following thorough assessment two diagnostic blocks, radiofrequency (RF) denervation the SIJ done as part multidisciplinary management. RF technically challenging incomplete due to complex variable innervation joint. Simplicity III probe one alternate methods denervating sacroiliac by creating a strip lesion lateral dorsal sacral foramina. Case Report: We successfully used novel technique combined ultrasound fluoroscopy imaging denervate patient after positive blocks. The procedure was carried out jointly an expert in guided procedures chronic intervention. For same reason it also reduces exposure ionising radiation.
