摘要: Since the first reported case of primary non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) extrahepatic bile duct in 1982, only 20 cases have been English literature [1–21]. Moreover, follicular subtype was noted three these [10, 19–21]. The previous patients presented with signs biliary obstruction such as jaundice, pruritis, dark urine, or acholic stools. In majority cases, a computed tomogram (CT) abdomen prior to diagnosis documented either mass right upper quadrant dilatation. Subsequently, treatment options included palliative and curative procedures including endoscopic stents, percutaneous drainage, surgery. Chemotherapy radiation offered well.
