摘要: Lethally irradiated (850 r) CBA mice were given intravenous injections of 105 bone marrow cells from normal adult (CBA × T6)F1 donors. Four to 13 discrete colonies, assumedly clonal origin, developed in their spleens. The colonies composed the several hemopoietic cell lines and a small number undifferentiated precursor cells; typical lymphoid not seen early colonies. The spleen-colonies removed on 10th day after irradiation repopulation, at time when immunologically competent could be demonstrated spleen by Jerne technique. Cell preparations derived used repopulate secondary mice. myeloid tissues some these hosts then employed for repopulation third group lethally animals (tertiary hosts). Secondary tertiary host surviving more than 30 days challenged with sheep red blood cells, bovine serum albumin killed organisms strain S. typhosa . They produced antibody antigens just as well did appropriate nonclonal control systems such clonally repopulated donor origin indicated presence T6 marker chromosome 100% mitotic marrow, mesenteric lymph node most mice. The findings are discussed reference question nature genetic immunoglobulin specificity.
