摘要: The aim of this study was to test for a potential anticarcinogenic effect Celergen, marine derivative devoid traceable amounts inorganic arsenic, on cell proliferation, cycle progression and apoptosis in the HepG2 human liver cancer line. Celergen significantly inhibited proliferation cells dose-dependent manner while limiting at G1 phase inducing apoptosis. Further examination showed that enhanced expression p21(CIPl1WAF1), GADD153 genes downregulated c-myc gene. These results suggest exerts promising chemopreventive properties be further investigated.
